JARVEE UPDATED, NOW IT DOESNT WORK

Hello, this morning at 9pm UK time jarvee updated

all accounts were working fine, as soon it was updated the software stopped being able to follow people, api calls are made, results come back are zero to follow users

tried emailing the support but they take a while to reply hence why i am reaching out here. Anybody else having this issue? or does anybody know how I can revert back to or get a copy of the older version? restoring backups just seem to restore the data not the software build

thats weird. i updated today also and accounts are running fine. it must be some kind of setting or action you're doing. support will get back to you they always do
 
Weird, i didnt change any settings, because i woke up the new update and all scrapes were just coming back with no users
 
just weird, all tasks are working but following

it will scrape and do the api calls like get posts and wont return any users to then follow

unffolowing, dming etc etc works
 
works perfectly for me thsese days. my suspend ratio of my slaves accounts got smaller these days. Just review your settings

on the tools page next to the follow on/off button does it have a yellow exclamation mark? if you hover over it says out of targets

its nothing like that

no settings changed, jarvee updates then no follows are made. 2 minutes before it was updating all of my accounts were working, it updated and no scrapes are successfull ao its a change they have made not me i havent touched any setting

that's odd. i guess just wait to hear back from them
 
I have the same problem and Jarvee support team tell me this:
Go to the follow tool settings tab and make sure to enable contextual actions, they will release the new update to fix this soon.
