I tried it for so many times, I used the 'broswe' to login, all went clear, went through the SMS code stage, but when I do the 'verify' while the code is on the [https://gyazo.com/3e966bef44c2e97951b3e36606dcaba2] Block, nothing happened.

would like to understand what i'm doing wrong

Are you managing a clients account? That's on their end and they need to turn it off.

Or a seller just really screwed you buy forgetting to turn it off which really rare.
