Jarvee twitter extraction issues?

For some reason when I put it my custom url or a most active user url it doesnt extract.

For example if i use the following url, is it in the proper format?

What are some settings in jarvee that could be problematic?
I emailed support and I haven't heard from them yet.

Doesn't extract any users.

If Jarvee uses the same format for the search as Twitter, it's the proper format. Both of those urls return results via browser. Can't it be that something is up with your account or the ip is blocked by Twitter?

I even used a simple hashtag keyword extractor and its not extracting...
