Jarvee turning off tools for no reason

Hate to make threads for one question, but I can't find any information about this issue online. My Jarvee is up and running on 20 different accounts, but for some reason the auto-follow feature automatically disables when I check it on one of my accounts, and on another account the auto like feature automatically disables. Does anyone know why this might be? The settings on those accounts are identical to accounts that are running perfectly, so the settings are not the issue.
