I'm having issues with Jarvee and part of their solution is to use Teamviewer to access my computer to pinpoint the problem. I get why they want to, but I just want to make sure it's safe to have them do it. Has anyone else had this experience?

I wouldn't worry about it, I highly doubt they would try anything malicious, but if you are worried you can just fire up VMWare and have them fix the problem on a virtual machine.

You can watch what they're doing, it's Teamviewer man :)

I gave them access to my VPS via remote desktop, never had any issues.

With teamviewer + temp. password you should be safe , keep an eye on logs.

If u r worry about that, simply change the TW pass after session is end.

I has TV session with Jarvee last week. it was all good and resolve the problem.
we chatted each other on teamviewer chat so I know what's going on while watching on the screen.
