Jarvee setting for new accout

Hi there guys.

Wich settigs in jarvee should i use with this features:

-New account created using a phone (with 4G)
-Using 4g proxies wich rotates every X seconds.
-Posting arround 3 every week.

How much likes?
How much follows?

I got some potential local clients without IG Accounts and I would also like to know safe settings for their new accounts.
 
real 4g that is not rotationg you can do any amount even for new account.

BTW why should static 4g proxy be next level? I mean i'mm 100% sure that people who are selling rotating 4g proxies have multiple static 4g IPs and then with some hardware and software (maybe ip tables configuration) to rotate and "simulate" a 4g proxy

Static is great when using for your accounts, rotating is great when creating accounts and posting on hundred of accounts.
