Jarvee problem not working after installation

Guys i need help in jarvee... i install the program but after i click jarvee icon in my desktop its not working, jarvee won't open to my computer... is there any 3rd party program do i need to install to run jarvee? my computer is new reformat and im using windows 7... sorry for my bad english

Jarvee is compatible with Windows 7 so I would recommend deleting and installing again, and make sure you have enough disk space!

works best with Windows 7 and higher. so could either re install
or check if your missing something to run it,

im using windows 7 64-bit... and someone say here 64bit may be the issue?

You better contact their support via email. Probably they will have better answers.
