Hey guys, I’ve contacted support and they’ve just told me to stop following for a few days but none of my accounts actually have come up with the red follow block notification. In the main log it says 506 error code which means embedded browser has crashed during operations.
But I have tried changing the accounts to only follow using embedded browser and only use when follow blocked and it made them all work for a whole day a lot better when I changed to only follow using embedded browser then it stopped again, when I say stop I mean instead of following 300-400 per account which they were doing a few weeks ago without issues they’re following 100 per day without any follow blocks or source errors. They will just not follow anyone for ages if I check the dashboard and then sometimes if I go onto jarvee they might pick up a bit and follow a bit more for a little while then stop again.
I don’t understand why they’re not following the 300-400 like they should be as per my settings and as they were a few weeks ago? I have 38 accounts and of those about 3-4 are still following 300+ as per their settings, the others are lucky to reach 150.
I also changed the setting yesterday of how many embedded browsers to open at a time as it was set to 7 to 60 which seemed to speed everything up immediately and yesterday I thought it was all fixed then it just stopped again and when I woke up they were all back to underperforming except a few accounts.
If anyone has any idea as to why my accounts might not be working properly, that would be great as I’ve tried support but they weren’t really able to fix the issue - hoping someone has some experience in this same issue.
