I just started using it since yesterday but I am afraid of losing accounts in long run

I would suggest not using it, I used it for about a month and didnt experience any difference with it. I was getting 700-1k 'power likes' a post on a test account and experienced regular growth

Isn't this tool worth it to boost the likes, get higher in results or even in the top 9 for a hashtag and gain extra followers with that. I know the tool gives fake engagement but if that can lead to real engagement in the long run it is good? But I also don't want to risk my accounts I build over the last half year

Eh, I wouldn't bother. I imagine there's far better engagement pods to enter compared to the jarvee one.

What would be the difference? My buddy gets maybe 400-500 extra likes from it by decent quality accounts which is pretty interesting. Also I think once you pay the 25$ a month you can use those power likes on any post for any account. I may be wrong but that's what I understood from what he told me.
