Jarvee like exchange tool...not sure how to use it properly

I got a message recently about Jarvee giving me access to the LE tool, but am not sure how to use it most effectively and safely. I have only about 23 accounts - three main (real) accounts - and the rest child/fan accounts. I would like the real accounts to receive the likes, but not give them because I have encountered some like blocks in the past. The other accounts have also encountered like blocks so maybe this tool is not good for me? Any suggestions for how to use it properly or if it is even worth trying out? Thanks!

I would like to know the same, I have used it a few times but I don't know if it has any benefits besides the increased numbers?
