hello, I use jarvee + proxy 4g, and I ask you the following question:
- My customers, that is the account owners, despite being the IG account active on jarvee, can they continue to use their account from their mobile phone, or is there a risk of ban?

The risk comes from you, and your IP, not from them.
Back in the days when I did offer some insta services, it didn't make much difference if the client used his profile or not. Just today they detect your automation software and cheap IP, so you have to be conservative in your settings.

I Use PROXY 4G, it's a problem or not ?

I used to use the account on the phone with regular IP, and at the same time I run it on the tool with other country IP, in my experience it seems no problem. But I think you should use an account with 1 IP & device at the same time.

Not really, but if it's from the same country it's better.

The reason you may have issues are 1) Different IPs, 2) Different device IDs and trust between these devices 3) Simultaneous actions from software and real mobile phone
