Hello guys, I'm planning to move from a cloud provider to another and want to know whether there's any way to backup all the info about settings/accounts/proxies in order to import that info in the new VM and make this migration as smooth as possible.

Thanks

Once I've copied manually the files from one VPS to another and it worked for me. The support specifically told me not to do it but I've did it and it worked. Now, I don't recommend this either. You can try also with clone software such as Duplicati. Ask Jarvee support and follow their instructions!

I asked them and they said that all the data is located in the Jarvee folder, so they recommended to logout from my acc, then copy the folder to new VPS and then login in the new VPS, it should keep all the accs info along with login credentials and proxy settings.

I'll do it this week and update here accordingly.

Yes, this is how I'm doing it!

Upload the entire folder to Google drive and download it in your new vps.

I uploaded the entire folder to mega and downlaoded in the new VPS and it worked. So we can conclude that's the way to do it.
