Jarvee - adding sources does not work

Scenario:
I am adding target accounts --> click add account followers
window opens saying "the usernames will be added in the background.." nothing happens. for hours.

anyone else had this problem? what could be the solution?

Add fewer. It happens to me when I try to add, thousands but also it's because the laptop I am using it it's a bit slow and that pull down the Jarvee when it needs to tackle long tasks as adding thousands of sources in the background.

Try lower amounts and if this doesn't help, did you try contacting support about it?
