hi johnabbason, you need to download firefox iMacro add-in.
set the max macro count = 200 (as explained by Jack in his first post)
used the script provided by olaf5,
Code: 
VERSION BUILD=7401110 RECORDER=FX
TAB T=1
TAG POS=1 TYPE=STRONG ATTR=TXT:Follow<SP>all
WAIT SECONDS=2

That's because my script at the top don't work anymore due to Pinterest updating the user profiles.

There's a bot pack floating around in the wild that works perfectly. I'm not going to post it, as I use it, but if you look around enough, you'll find it :)
 
I also tried the script, but it seems that after the latest updates, it no longer works :( Did anyone figure out how to fix it? I certainly did not :(
