Has anyone found that using VPS with MP helps you from getting filtered or banned on Instagram? I'm very new to this and would appreciate any help!

I don't see a point why using a VPS would help with that. In case you don't know, you need a private proxies if you're running a lot of IG accs. VPS would work, but proxies are much cheaper option.
