iWriter making changes

Got an official mail from iwriter today and here is summary of what was mentioned:

1) They have almost implemented the new design and it will help them introduce new features.

2) They will do manual review and upgrade and downgrade writers.

3) 10% increase in price from March. Majority will go to writers.

How many of you are using the site ?

I earned my first $100 there but wouldn't recommend anyone to actually write for them because it's very unfair to writers. Even with the price boost it's still not worth it if you ask me. The worst thing about iWriter is that buyers can steal content and suffer 0 consequences for it.

I never ordered content there but they get article in image format before approving.

Then you got those neat softwares that scan the image and copy the text into the text format :) people can still write it themselfs then? I heard people stealing stuff on iwriter before (even saw a method ... "how to get free content")...

That is OCR I guess but they are very strict with this. As a writer, if you see this and report, the account of buyer will be banned.

Funny you said that. I've had that happen to me more times that I can count. iWriter doesn't give a shit.

As a buyer or seller ? I have seen support very responsive to my complains personally.

Writer. Unless they've changed recently iWriter support gives 0 shits about writers getting their content stolen.

Edit: Meant writer not buyer, lol.
 
You mean you are stealing content of sellers this way. Sad to hear this. This happens mainly because the writer never checks if the rejected article was used.

Read Edit.... You'd think as a seller I'd be hear confessing what I did? As I said I wrote for iWriter and stopped because of how I was treated.
 
Used before, yes writers are at a disadvantage on this site.
I've paid for content here before, but the quality are very quite low.

Have not ordered but there is option to reject. Also, you can try different levels of writers there.
 
I use it a lot. I lucked out and found a native English writer who I often use. I’ll have to check it out and hope it’s not too big of an increase. It’s hit or miss but when you find a good writer - it’s worth it.

It was a goldmine for writers initially when there were few writers. I had lot of clients sending me special requests that time.
 
I like the old version because it's quite simple fast and easy. I've used the new version since last year.
 
I joined, then never used them. I think a Cambodian sweatshop will offer a better hourly rate.
 
I stopped using them back in early 2017. Mostly because the articles were not up to the mark, in some instances we even got articles, that looked like spun content.
 
I ordered 1 article a few weeks ago, I had to reject it 3 times before I got a slightly decent one. It was on the middle "premium" pricing but the quality was still pretty poor and my instructions were not followed properly. I just accepted the 4th article I received and haven't used again. All of the articles seems like a spin rewriter was used. I will stick with upwork.
