Do you have trouble logging in to the site.:confused:

That's what I got
 
I am getting the same message...also cannot submit a ticket as the captcha isn't resolving..maybe the site's been hit by a ddos?
 
One other thing...I have changed my IP using HMA and still get the same temporary ban message and also tried to log in from my VPS and get the same message...so it isn't just my IP address. Trouble is I also cannot login to get a support email address.

Anyone have a contact email for iwriter?
 
Cheers barca...in the support desk now and have added brad callen as a FB friend so will tell him about the problem there too.

"Hi, yes, our web host (hostgator) transferred us to a stronger/beefier server so the named servers are currently propagating. Once this is done, everything will be fine. They've told me that it can take up to 40 hours for this to propogate, but shouldn't be more than a few hours (realistically).

I also receive the same message you do, as are many others. We're very aware of this :-)


We're playing the waiting game with our registrar.

Yesterday i lost a very good article, next time at least give us a warning.
 
It seems they're moving their servers. Here's the reply I received -

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again now, the problem should be fixed. We have moved the site to a new server today, and it's possible your computer was still trying to use the old server information. Please let me know if you still encounter problems accessing our service.

BTW, the problem still exists. I replied them regarding this.
