For a dedi, vps but no cigar
For the prices you have wished for here
are much too low, I so fear
But if one was wise, he would see
that to use xrumer he would be
smart to use a bulletproof server
and those dont come cheap

A VPS with a large amount of RAM is often more expensive than a dedicated with the same amount of RAM and better specs. Ofcourse you _can_ run Xrumer on a VPS, but I would recommend a dedicated server. You can install Xrumer on a total of 2 PCs, so you can study on your home computer first.
