i've hit a traffic block

So I've created a picture site full of women and sexy girls. I am using a pinterest like setup so that people can see multiple pics and trying to make people stay on my site as long as possible. I am stuck in a mental block as to how i would grow this website.

i use facebook traffic but im having a hard time growing that traffic. Search would be nice, but since i am driving this site entirely by ads, i need these users to click as much as possible.

any tips or hints or direction would be great. im just facing this roadblock and i cant figure it out.

i havent tried that. thanks. i think ill do some link building. email some other relevant sites just to get some seo coming in.
