I've got time, but no money!

I need to build about 100 high quality links, I have no problem doing it manually. I'm also aware of "you get what you pay for", and unfortunately I cant pay for links. But I do have a lot of time to search for sources etc. A high quality link in my definition is a link that would pass a manual review from Google, and not a blog comment with hundreds of other links.

EDIT: Is it possible to get high quality links for free?

What is the question? Can you build your own links? Can you? It's not rocket science.
