Hi there BHW. i've got some questions.
i want to learn and i would be happy if u guys help me.

first whats GSA? backlink indexer?
whats the difference between Black Hat SEO and White Hat SEO? whats faster and better?
where can i start doing good SEO? is anyone here who may have time and want to help me learn about SEO and how to be better at it?

You're thinking of GSA SER - tool that creates backlinks for your site.
If you ask me, there is no such thing as white hat SEO except if you don't build any links on your own. There is lots of definitions and people have their own opinions.
You can start here on this forum. Start reading SEO section - white and black hat and see what works for you.

Just for interest sake, why is there no "coaching" allowed? personally, I think it would be a great idea, would love to help a newbie out and take him/her through the steps of setting up basic SEO and doing some basic methods

Each of those is a separate tool, with a certain learning curve behind it. Your best bet to get up to speed is to read lots on this forum, then you can complement that with Youtube tutorials.

Gsa is pretty hard if you start new whit it.
Take some time to google it scan bhw forums and scan the gsa forum since its open.
All your questions are pretty basic so you should find it very fast.
