If I was you I would follow the typical model and build a funnel:

Free incentive offer - to build list
Low priced Tripwire offer - to recoup traffic costs
Mid price offer
High Price offer

If you don't build your own list you cannot remarket. People need persuading. So you are unlikely to sell many high ticket items before you run out of cash without some form of remarketing plan and segmentation of your list.
