I've got a question for ya?

Ok, so I have a site that promotes a cell network provider where if people sign up for the service I make money(obviously) but because the phones you have to use are GSM phones and a lot of my traffic is from people already part of the company I want to have a page that has GSM phones that are compatible but I don't want to actually sell the phones. I know Ebay has an affiliate program and I've recently signed up but will I be able to have a page of only these particular phones for sale on Ebay? Also, has anyone else used their affiliate program and if so...What did you think? I would love to have an Amazon affiliate account but for some reason because I live in Illinois I can't(I have no idea why).
