If you're referring to the colors of my profile, I dealt with the black and yellow until it caused my vision to blur. The last straw was when a web designer actually called me out on ‘being on this hideous site all the time."
If it's my avatar, we could consider that the highly sexual avatar was basically the only feminine option, and if I'm going to spend my time here, I'd rather not look at an ugly avatar.
Last, if you're suggesting I'm playing up my femininity to somehow come out ahead, I can at least say I'm not intentionally doing it now. I can't say, however, that I'm against the tactic. You tweak your image your whole life until you decide on something in which you're confident. With online business, you play up anything and everything that brings you opportunities to pitch yourself to people, so why wouldn't you do that with life? I'd say all that matters is what you do with the attention once you've got it. Just sayin.
