I think I've figured out how Angela can quickly root out all the sites for her backlink packets. I remember her saying that she is at least "four months ahead" on these and that the number of High PR sites is not going to go down anytime soon.

Here's what I think she is doing...

She's Going Down the Alexa Ranking List!

Think about it, sites that rank high on Alexa probably have high PR. All she needs to do is go through the sites one by one, find out if they have profiles availalbe, and if so, can she get ******** links somewhere on the profile page!

It would take a fair amount of work, but anyone can do it. She only has to put together a bunch every month and there are thousands of high-ranking sites on Alexa.

What's even better is that Angela has stopped putting sites the require you to place a blog comment in order to get the link because so many hard-core spammers overrun those sites that the owners quickly make a site-wide no-follow change.

That means that all of these "comment style" sites are sitting out there undiscovered because she's not putting them in her product anymore.

That means YOU can go out and do some fast research yourself and scoop them up without worrying that everyone on her list will be dropping links right next to you.

How about 'dem apples? If you likey, please share some thanks.

You haven't cracked it. There is nothing really to crack. She just has time or may have automated some part of it.

If you look the sites in her pdf, she is searching for foot prints left by the forum scripts. She the follows up by checking the PR of the root domain.

I originally thought that she was pulling the list down by footprints as well. But as I go through them over and over again doing link runs the sites are too random.

Only about 25% of them have a common footprint anymore and each different platform has blazillions of different sites that are all PR1 and PR2 root domains. It would be extremely inefficient to comb through all the crap to pull out the sites with the high PR. (a good example would be Pluck Sites...I went through over 100 of them and only found TWO with a PR7....the rest were all PR6 & PR5 for the most part)

The only way I've been able reverse engineer a method whereby someone could efficiently pull up top sites across dozens of different platforms along with dozens of High PR sites with NO common foot print is to be able to comb through a list of sites that have High PR.

The fact that many of them have a common forum footprint is not because she's searching for it, but because she's looking for sites that have Profiles & High PR...just so happens that these tend to often share popular community and forum platforms.

She's gotta be scrubbing a list. Maybe not Alexa, but a list none the less. Alexa just seemed like the easist to pick up as they publish the top 1,000,000 sites every day.

Don't forget the IP diversity though - critical for google rankings

You said if they have a profile. What kind of profile? Alexa profile or something else?

The download in this post on BHW gives great detail about finding all these links. I have done this for 30 mins a day recently have had already seen Angela and Pauls signature post names on many forums which they have not included in their guides yet (but I guess will soon).

Use Roboform or another such program to automate and you can do the whole thing at 60 seconds or less an account (though better to make the account and wait a while the guide states...)

An example would be dating sites. You sign up and then confirm your email at which point you log in and create a "Profile" page. On that page there is a place to place a link to "your site" (or any site you want to plug in there). Or they might have an "About Me" box that displays HTML if you put code in it or something.

Only difference is that these sites are never dating sites, they are all kinds of sites in all kinds of industries. News, entertainment, sports, forums, other types of communites.

All the sites have a lot of authority and trust which is transmitted down to subpages (even though they don't show any PageRank) which is then funneled out through the link on your profile page to your site. It's called "Trickle Down PR".

It works very very well. But is very time consuming, so it's best to direct link to your money site vs. link to a site in your blog farm. (unless you have outsourced or insourced people working it for you)

Michigan...you my friend have found the mother lode of backlinks. Just think if you created 1000 profiles (let them age a few days before adding links) then started putting links to all your money sites on them. Say 10 or so links per profile.

It appears they need not be relevant either.

I agree with another poster that she probably is searching for a particular footprint. I gladly pay $5 for the packet, it isn't worth my time to sniff these out. I think she mixes things up so it's not obvious what footprint she is looking for - that's why she does 4 or 5 months worth at a time. For example, in October she might include 6 links with Forum software A, 6 links with forum software b, etc. any additional sites using this software get added to a future months packet.

not hard to find high PR sites just by typing one word into google and using an add on that lists PR on the results page. So she's probably got a list of thousands of sites doing this - just typing in "photography", "media", "news" and any single word that will contain tons of results can bring up pages of sites that have high PR.

Also looking for things like "sign up", "become a member", "register now" etc etc

Its not rocket science. to be honest im dubious about the whole method and see it as a ticking time bomb that google will work out a way to eliminate.

Nice ideas shared but MichiganManiac can you pliz came tells us the exact formula to this so that we utilize it coz for now your are just saying that you use a certain keyword, give us the formula, I have used google & seo quake pluggin & this wont be different from the usual search. What i mean is give us the formula don't just tell use to type keywords we are used to this what we want is to get those sites with those high PR & if possible they should be forums. You see MichiganManiac if someone reads this thread it first confuses you until you read it again & again.
