A while back I showed you guys a website if it was okay to run an affiliate program on and everyone told me that it looked like shit (thanks tho). I was given pickmyshaver.com as an example of a good affiliate website. I've used the same strategies from pickmyshaver and i want to ask you guys again if this site is good enough. (not advertising just need help). Please let me know what you think of it, or any improvements. It took me 10-12 days to complete this.

http://compareacneproducts.com

ps: I've also added optinmonster for email marketing.

Quite good but your website need to be catchy add some picture and different product . hope for your good business in future. :)

You should not have posted your URL here publicly OP. :3 :3 :3 :3 :3

One more question. Im thinking of advertising through facebook. Should I promote using their fanpage promotion or should I promote my website directly. I don't think my website is against their TOS so I assume it's cool. But I just want to know which one would be more better in cash returns. Thank you.

dwdww.png I dont understand what was wrong in this picture 145484170167233.jpg

Website looks nice, though it did take a while to load.

You ad probably got blocked by the "blackheads" "whiteheads" part. Super strict on racism hah

I would say that your website still looks like s***. It isn`t "visitor friendly", bad color and hard to navigate (cause of wrong colors). Also use better call-to-actions (more contextual links to amazon, make images with links to amazon and other modifications to raise ctr to amazon) cause you want the visitors to click on amazon links.

Cheers

Well, maybe you should contact Facebook?

Also, you really shouldn't post your websites on BHW unless you are directly depending on BHW for sales/traffic. You just open your website up to a lot of headaches that you probably don't want for yourself. There's a lot of ways to shitty people to destroy a website and while most of BHW is good people, there's a few bad apples around.

I'd remove your URL mate maybe post a screenshot instead.

So should I start advertising on facebook now? I just need some honest advice now.

OK, mate:

1. The header is too high, you are loosing content real-estate.
2. Too bright design. I think your buyers will buy at evening/night (no one will buy anti-acne product from their day-job office)
3. Trust - No "about", no "contact" pages. FB page with 1 like. Don't link to it. Same other SM
4. When you say "compare", people are looking for post in format product 1 VS product 2

Hope it helps

Everything he said. And same fake social signals and comments for more trust.

You may want to make you side borders a little bit because when you view it on 1080p they're so big and the content is too small in my opinion. Try to use width:x% where x is the value. hehe. Or you can just make your content bigger. Also, don't forget to put some sophisticated background image like a girl's face maybe.

Nice site. You have really done a great job on this.

I don't see what the big deal is.

OP, in terms of improvements, I hadn't seen your old site, or if I did, I can't remember it now. I just have a few suggestions for this one.

1. Separate the breadcrumb/page title bar from the navigation menu. It looks like a part of the menu, and is slightly confusing. You could also add a "You are here:" prefix to the bar.
2. Remove the bullets from the "Recent Reviews".
3. Don't use the whole URL in your logo.
4. Fix the uppercase characters in your popup. It Looks Inconsistent When You Type Like This.
5. Center the featured image on product pages.
6. Change the "admin" username. This is a huge security risk to your site.
7. The main green colour of the site is slightly different to the green used in your logo.
