I've beign banned from goodmoodhouse

Hello!
I've being banned lately from our country forums, with this thread i'm asking help to know what i need to change to get there. I have got IP banned from there, do i need to change my IP or MAC. How i can do that?

Why i were banned from those forums? I have no idea that why i'm asking a hand here to help me up =)
Please do not post me any links what you get from google, someone who has a knowledge about this can help me out.

By the way, i'm using windows 7.

This should be a great blackhatworld forum, where all kinds, for example computer experts, but none of you know how to change MAC or IP address? Without using proxies.

if you don't want to use a proxy, get a different isp.
