I'm nothing even remotely close to an expert in the field, but from what I've read on this site there's a lot of opportunity for affiliate marketing.
Some people are partnered with distributors and write reviews of their products. You're either paid a commission for each product sold as a result of your website, or per click. Lots of SEO and semi-technical stuff goes into it, but here's a start for you. An idea or two for you to look into.
P.S. There are websites like Fiverr (or something to that effect - I've never bothered to look it up) that pay you $4-8 per 500 word article you write about a product. Most people don't seem to recommend this unless paired with another method . For example, direct the traffic from your articles to your own website. Certainly that amount of money isn't conducive to a sustainable income, but it's an example of how part of this genre of marketing works.
Again, this is all just a shot in the dark here to help get you rolling. I know very little about it.
Good luck!
