Some DP scrub scraped my site pixel for pixel and published it under his own domain. Not only that, but he's now ranking top 3 in google and I think he got me slapped somehow, since I'm nowhere to be found in the serps. This site is the only thing keeping me afloat at the moment. What are my options?

You should have sent his host a DMCA notice right away. Not much you can do now if you were really slapped. Just try and take him down and wait for the rank to return.
 
Please don't do that. There is no need to go down to his level. We are better than DP here and solve problems like civilized human beings.
 
I've suffered content theft before. I sent an email to their host requesting personal information to send a lawsuit for copyright infringement and they closed his ass down so fast it wasn't even funny. I tracked down a couple of his CPA offers I knew were his using a backlink research and I lied a bit and closed down three of his accounts.
 
What were you ranking for? Perhaps we can push you back into the limelight a little.
 
welcome to blackhat. landing pages get scraped all the time. do some SEO work to promote your site. or launch a new one. part of the game.
 
Thanks davers, but sharing my site would definitely do more harm than good. I could share his dp name... but I'm going to try straight up dominating this guy myself. But I have to ask, can anyone give me info on how I can get his site penalized by google while I build links?
 
If there is no other solution you could pay some1 to DDOS his site 24/7. Would probably cost you 30-50 USD a day, but its a very effectiv method to get rid of competition..
 
This is my suggestion a bit blackhat but hey, you could report him to google and they will listen, or get him an xrumer blast but sure it's all to porn sites so he gets all the backlinks from the porn sites which google will then knock his ranking right down

Prove to Google that you're the original and the other site is a fake and they will sort it out. Unless of course you're doing something questionable, then, I don't know, I guess do something to take him out, cut off a horses head and put it in his bed.
 
Find out who his host is, like if its like a big HOSTGATOR or something send a DMCA, if its not like if its a cheap 1$ unlimited reseller, you can go in deaper to the server
