I've been sandboxed by Google - how do I find high-quality backlinks?

How do I find high pr rating discussion forums or blogs to manually comment on so I can boost my site with high quality backlinks.

My site is in the google sandbox
ballerinadiet . org

I went from ranking #1 on the first page to ranking #5 on the sixth page to no page. Is it because I bought backlinks off of Fiverr? I didn't know that buying links could harm your pagerank? Can anyone help me get out of it?

Buying links off fiverr can be risky, if they are poor quality and spammy. The same applies to buying links off a forum or a seller from anywhere.

You should look for high quality links and also add content to your site.

1 - Remove the category Ballerina Diet
2 - You have too much bolted Ballerina Diet in your homepage

For sure:
- those 2 points gave you penalties during the october 14th last Panda Update
- during the 2 last weeks, building new BL had NO EFFECT on SERP

Have we a clear idea of this new panda algorythm ? NO
Is this algorythm a final state ? NO
How long will it last ? Nobody knows
Is internet maketing dead ? NO because as soon as this new algorythm will be understood, Xrumer-Senuke etc... will be remplaced by new and effective tools.

What can you do now ? Nothing ! Save your money & time for the new coming SEO tools/optimization.

Now It's time to take a break, and I'm really sorry for all the people who are financialy dependent of Google/Adsense: find a job at Mac Donald & come back in 2-3 months !

While I agree with most of what you post you are way off base on backlinking having had no effects on serps the last couple of weeks. I have had sties reach both the first page and #1 this week on quality link building.

Building links is working just like it always has, you may need to adjust the type of links you use but backlinks are now and will be for the foreseeable future a large part of ranking your website.

Create web 2.0 with a unique article because backlink in the content of site gives more power, then get High PR blog comments to those web 2.0 and add your link in the middle of article of web 2.0

That will give you three things:
1) High Pagerank because of High PR comments
2) Relevancy
3) Do follow and low OBL.

When you got sandboxed, the only thing that will help you are allot of EDU backlinks.
You probably purchased some 10.000 bonanza backlink package in the hopes you would gain a massive increase.

This just doesnt work that way...

Agreed. Relevant, High Pr links have done wonders for me.
I have also attained a couple #1 rankings in the past weeks.

Last time I was in the sandbox, I ordered some manual BM submissions from BHW.
Kept adding content everyday, and come out much stronger.

I had my weight loss website sandboxed.
Sent 200 .EDU comment links to that sucker and he is right up there in google.

What a fickle beast Google is....
