I've been lurking here for a while decided that i'd finally get active

Hey everyone,

I am an experienced IMer (or at least I'd like to think so) and I try to gain knowledge from all aspects of IM. I am pretty good with advice on many different things because I have tried a lot of things, some of which I have seen success and some of which I have failed. So I have some knowledge to share.
