Yes no way of getting it back, I contacted their support and they said the same thing, permanently banned

They did the same to me and I genuinely have no idea about what I did.
I went to create a Facebook Business Page, and within minutes, I was completely banned.
The only thing I could think of, is that I used a Virtual Address Location, which may have been maliciously used by someone else at some point and automatically flagged in their system.
No response from them at all other than a generic "response" that says a whole lot of nothing specific.

No dude, never send them your info. If your account is banned, just create a new one. They just feed from people desperate to get their account back, and who knows what they do with the docs people send them :/Mine had complete real information and I even sent them my passport

I've lost the right to buy and sell on Facebook apparently for being suspicious, the last thing I did before getting the ban was ask questions about a double glazed door! I keep appealing it as they suggest but still not had a response since March.
