I’ve been here since 2012, thought I’d intro myself

Hello everyone, I’ve been on this site since 2012 but only as an observer. Made a lot of money doing mainly CPA back in the days (those $1 - $2 / per email lead).

....Bought some real estate.

While away from marketing, I’ve been able to build myself a sizeable portfolio in real estate (feel free to ask me questions about RE).

Now, I’m back to re-learn everything.

I’m back on this site as I recently created Youtube channel to grow it and eventually make additional income from it. Wish me luck.

Just to tell you I am also in same niche (Real estate) for last 5 years. Which location are you from?

My question: If you do digital marketing for RE what is the best source for quality leads?

I will PM but I was doing mainly referral from networks of realtors. They were sending me off market deals before it hits MLS. I’m from Canada. Investing US, Canada and Asia.
