iTunes - interesting idea, need help

Okay, so I'm basically looking to mess with iTunes and drive a song up the charts and through the roof with sales.

Would it be possible to pay someone to use multiple proxies, accounts, etc. to purchase the same song over and over?

For example, the song costs $0.99, so I would pay $1.10 per download. I would do it in increments of 100 downloads because I obviously would not pay someone over $5000 upfront. Would it be possible to do this for up to 5000 downloads? For 5000 downloads of the same song, someone would make $550.

Any feedback, thoughts?

I could use this service. But 1.35 is a bit unreasonable for an artist to pay. We get .70 back for every single sale.
