I don't know where you got your information, but it is entirely possible to get discounts on iTunes cards. I have done it many times in the past. In fact, when I first became aware of iTunes I got them for free. Thousands of them actually.

Will the account/email address that I bought it with be deleted? or does apple not care? Because there was a similar offer this one time but it was for the Playstation store. The guys offer was that for $40, he could get you $120 worth from the playstation store by giving you an account and password that you create onto your PS3. The thing was that the account would be deleted within 48 hours. I was just wondering if the same would happen here?
Some chinese wholesale websites have it, it's not in fact an account, It's someone else's account with credit... If you trespass the credit, the person will be debited from their credit/debit card, basically, you're hacking into someone's account and buying stuff with their money, stealing, in other words.

This is not correct. I have seen them and even purchased a few in New Zealand, and if I recall correctly, Australia at 25% discount at retail stores....
