It's urgent ! !!!!!!!!!

Hello ,
I have a problem concerning the payment at traffic hurricane. At the first days I have have found visa and mastercard as methods of payement but now I don't find this two methods and there are another methods of payement . What should I do please ?

Taken straight from their FAQ:
What payment processors do you accept? We accept Payza, STP, and BItcoin but Bitcoin only withdraw equal to purchases.
Contact their support. They have a visa logo on their footer. Maybe they recently revoked it and haven't updated.
