Hello its still possible people can find you video for search share with friends... but they can see to all videos when going ? https://www.youtube.com/channel/channel_name/videos how i can do this ?

They will only see public videos, private and unlisted will not appear there.

The only way for people to discover unlisted is if you give them the link or you have put them in a playlist.

No one except you or those that you specifically put in the email / username box can see private videos.

you can make videos unlisted. then add all to a playlist.
finally, edit channel navigation bar. add the playlist under channel intro. so when they enter your channel. they will be able to see all vids in playlist.
but in search results, it wont appear

Even if a video was public if you make it private no one will be able to access it, if they have the link for the unlisted setting then they can still see the video but private ones no one but people logged into the account can see!
