Its safe to run GoogleAds like that?

Hello, I wonder If can I keep running ads that are tagged as Eligible (moderately restricted), Eligible (Strongly restricted)? Or that's some kind of warning that I should update that instantly? I only found info that they'II display it but limit (not everywhere).

Strongly restricted and moderately restricted means that Google is serving those ads in geos / audiences where it is allowed as per Google Ads policies and not serving them in geos / audiences where it is not allowed as per Google Ads policies.
So, let such live ads just run as they are. Because, changing anything to avoid these live ad's restrictions would mean changing keywords, ad copy and even landing page in a way that the niche itself would have to be changed, which would not serve your desired outcomes from the ads.
