It's really difficult for beginners to get started with YouTube these days

If you don't have really rich ideas, you can't make YouTube. From making money, you need more conditions to videos that are very difficult to trend. Currently, advertising on YouTube is rampant.
 
Advertise on BHW
It's difficult for beginners without an original content. Most people go into YouTube with poor content orientation.

Creative ideas spark YouTube fame, but simple ones can shine just as bright. Whereas, Ads pay creators' bills, but too many can turn off viewers ofcourse.

If it was easy it wouldn't be as valuable.
 
Currently there is too much advertising but it is the best way for them to develop the platform
 
Yes it is difficult, but the main issue with this I think is the fact that everyone is trying to do the same content
 
It's not about quality, but about pleasure. Pleasant videos can keep you watching even though you don't care at all about what is being said. Think the whole video as a clickbait. Every few seconds you must do something to maintain the viewer's attention, while at the same time you don't say anything that is a breach of the ToS. Sounds like slavery to me, but ok. You can reverse engineer the success of the channels but it's hard to replicate it if you lack the youtuber morality and mindset.

probably the 4k watch hrs is the most daunting .

Problem is that it has also got saturated. There are lot of creators in all niches and you have to compete with them for views.

I think in general it's very difficult to do anything really new on the internet right now.
