Not working very fast for sure they say it take 30 to 40 days to index links on the dashboard

This all I have as info:
Every 12-24 hours we send the same links to search console 5 times in total in order to increase the index success rate! The whole process can last 30-40 Days.

How long it takes in average to index your links?

2 days on average for me.
oh, I sumit more than one week ago and none of them get indexed,maybe 300 link
