its my second thread about competitor click fraud. please help me

ok after so many ways trying to block his IPS he became smarter. i have a local business and i defined my adwords account to be shown only to my city. Now this guy (my competitor), found a method and he succeed to click at my ads from every place in the world! from Europe from Asia from wherever you want even that my adwords define to my city only, i really dont know what to do because google bullshitting me and say that by the adwords account the IPS are of the same city i defined and they dont want to cancel the clicks. BUT the google analytic showing where the real ip from. I dont know what to do he click at me around 7000-10000$ a month, i lost so much money recently because of him, please help me, i will pay for it.

You need to implement a simple Click-Fraud system.
Block his IPs via setting up IP Exclusions in AdWords.
And dude, there's no way Google will charge you for clicks which are outside the specified target City/State.
And Remember:
All it takes is a small tweak to your targeting to weed out invalid clicks.

First thanks for reply, i have a click fraud system that really slowed him down (clickcease), but than he found the other trick to click from everywhere! i was very surprised from google that they didnt want to cancel the clicks and told me "we see in our system that the clicks from the targeting city bla bla bla..." and i told them that the google analytic showing a different location and they said it doesnt matter what analytic showing because in adwords its showing the targeting location. i really dont know what to do and i dont want to give up.
what is the small tweak that can help me you were talking about?

Block cities, IP, States where he is clicking from.
And i don't understand how anyone can do such harm in term of money in click fraud.
Just Block his desperate-click ass
and always be offensive irrespective of being defensive

i told you how.. The google adwords account see those clicks from my city when the analytics see the real location!Yeah its a crazy thing.

After reading every conversation, I can say a few points which will help You a lot. If this process fail then I can consider that You are saying wrong or fault happen from your end.

1. Google will likely show apart from your targeted location but still you have optimize - Negative Keywords for our campaign and ad group level as well.
2. Block or exclude other location be specific accurately.
3. I hope you use custom report when you are saying about google analytics (create custom report for landing pages which you use with UTM parameter)
4. Track google analytics traffic basis on devise and service provider, (if they use VPN system them You can easyly block them and if they use any other process, you can also block those too).
5. For More secrete tracking contact me.

So you've blocked his IPs right?

Have you tried blocking the countries the clicks are coming from? I don't mean only whitelisting your city, but actually blacklisting all other countries.

Secondly, if you have clickcease, have you contacted them? Maybe they have more insight into this since its their main job to filter this kind of stuff.

Thirdly, if this guy has been able to bypass google security, clickcease security and your own... team up with him He's obviously very very smart.

Correct me if i'm wrong but IF you can show Google that the clicks you are getting are invalid then they will have to give you your money back.

For example:
Normal Campaign : 100 clicks / on 20:00 last tuesday
Clickfraud Campaign : 603 clicks/day on 20:00 last tuesday

Google is not stupid they can see how much something is being searched for
for example : (keyword) - monhtly searches = 20.000
The month/period you are getting Clickfraud clicks = montly searches = 40.000

running adwords campaigns from competitors for this keyword = 10

It's unreasonable/VERY phishy if you are getting all of the clicks.
It's VERY phishy if all of the PPC traffic you getting is having the same browsing behavior / timeonsite (check G.Analytics)
Check G.analytics to see what the PPC traffic is using as a device/resolution

Make a big report about it and send this to G.A's team

Anyway good luck, i know G.A's team can be a bitch sometimes.
