i am new to this world
i would like to hear from you guys, should i proceed to IM?, if yes what should be my first step?
i am a bit confused on it

It is not for us to decide if you should proceed, these decisions are yours to make.

Look at the 'Making Money' section and pick an area that interests you, once decided, read up on it (good threads exist in all sections), and eventually try and test what you have learnt.

You need to blend reading with real trial and error, it will be impossible to learn without getting involved.

The community here will help you, as long as you show a willing to give it a real go. If you ask for help without putting in any real work yourself, you will get slated.
