Hello,
I just want to ask hows important to ping the backlinks ,by masspinger.com or any other pinger ??

It's that important or not ?? and if yes please suggest ,,what is the best pinger !!

Pinging is probably not going to do much these days. You need to make the backlinks _worth_ indexing first of all (like, a page with an empty forum profile and a single link will be difficult to get indexed). Then I suggest using a real indexing service, like BacklinksIndexer.
 
If you backlink comes from an orphan page not linked to from other other sources, pinging may help its discovery.
 
Do your own tests and you will see results :)
Just pinging does not work like before, but indexing service are here to help you.
 
I prefer not to ping or force-index backlinks in any way. It looks more natural than trying to manipulate it. At the end of the day, what we're all trying to do is make our links look like they're occurring naturally so I avoid all of that stuff.
