i am planning to order a Big Tasty from McDonalds

"Rice infused with coconut" - it sounds like the coconut was a poison. You infuse something with alcohol maybe. I would say mixed or stirred with.

Back to the topic. It looks like a typical meal I make to satisfy my hunger. Then I have to adjust with a large pizza, cause it cannot satisfy my hunger.

Actually I would need to eat 5 times a day like 800x kcals each time, so that would be an effort.

Will go for one cup coffee , because it's here evening time ;)

Okay. It should be 5x 600. And the hunger was the worst when I worked like an idiot for 13 - 15 hours a day. It was the stress.
Right now I can manage it and eat 3 times a day but 1000 kcal each time.

sardines are part of my daily meals nowadays
Sardines are a central part of my friends who are weighlifters... I lovingly call them muscleheads.

Are you a weightlifter or is it that you just like sardines?

It makes your meal super enjoyable especially with rice, there are too many where i live, if you dont have a tree you can buy one fruit for something close to 0.25 $ usd

Nah i aint lifting weight, They are so tasty if you prepare them well, Also my country has three biggest lakes in Africa so sardines are what many people consume and are really cheap.

I personally made the decission to stop eating red meat, sardines and tillapia are mostly part of my meals

It costs $1.66 where I live. And it's usually immature. I bet it cannot be grown at home.

"It's the million-dollar question: will your carefully planted avocado tree ever, you know, give you avocados? It's hard to say. Sometimes avocado plants will begin growing fruit after they're three or four years old, others take 15+ years to grow fruit, and some never do."

You can buy them even if they are immature, the trick is putting them inside rice or grain bucket for like 5 days they will be like matured ones, i think its about to do with the heat.

They can grow well where i live and most houses have its tree, this may be due to fertile soil and good climate, some other places within the same country they grow out bad
