It's Been More Than 2 weeks and I'm Indexed without a Description !!!

Hi,

Yeah as you saw in the title, my website is in the first page for my targeted keyword but it looks like a simple link, no green url under it and no description !

the website is a wp blog,
i'm using the all in one seo pack thing

I bookmarked my site to the top bookmarking sites and i pinged it as well and i submited it to the services in this links and i'v done a variety with other promotion methods to build the links with my anchore and thats how i make it to the first page,

it's now in the bottom of the page but i think that it will rais if the SEs got the description since it's also optimized and i have the exact keyword on domain!

Any help ?

go to your wordpress options and check the box "let my blog appear in search engines like Google and Technorati."

is this what it's all about ! Ah crap! i'm stupid!

i'll do it now and give my site a couple of bookmarks to let the SEs know about the update and i hope i'll be cool then

lol... hm that's odd, i thought if it's set to "hide my site from SE" it wouldn't get indexed at all

i figure it would have the same impact as nofollow,noindex... guess not

nah the domain will still get indexed but the content will be invisible to Google.

Thank you! even if the answer is short but that was a LOT of help!,

can somebody tell me do i have to bookamrk my site in order for the SEs to get it or it will update it it self ?

it will take week or two for google to change it. I once changed my title, the site started to dance and took around week or two to get the new title indexed...

i had the same problem .. when you install wordpres manually it asks you if you want it to be visable by search engines . i installed a couple using fantastico in cpanel and it was set not to be visible . it took me a few days to realise this . to check after you install it from fantastico the settings in privacy

i changed the title in an other site once and i bookrmarked the site and it changed almost instantly,

but yeah it might take some time if you just set downa nd wait
