It's Been Awhile...has anyone heard of this Xleads360 tool?

I was wondering if anyone heard of this xleads360 tool (if you want to look at it just put in dot com)...It was sent via email to me...so I don't know if this is a pile of shit tool for finding possible clients. Id like to hear people's thoughts on this...
