It's all about the IP

Just figured I would state the obvious again for everybody new at IG game to see.
Over the last 3 weeks, I have extensively tested private and residential proxies, also cheap ipv4s and ipv6s.

sidenote: I am running 200 IG accounts right now, no cpa just growing the accounts (big thanks to @gernozarus & @babs they motivated me).

Conclusion:
On the quality residential proxies from Comcast/Verizon (had bad ones as well masked as resi proxies from at&t), I was able to follow/like 200-400 accounts SECONDS after the accounts were created with gmt2 and Followplanner. Also was able to send up to 10 comments thru engagement lists, didn't try more. Even went creating 3 accounts from the same IP and doing all the spam mentioned above without hassle. Same hour new accounts created with Rediff emails, no PVA guys. And no blocks the accounts are still running fine after 2 weeks.

So clearly it's all about the IP in today's IG algorithms. If you are looking to grow 10-20 accounts for white hat stuff it's totally worth it to pay top dollar for a few leased resi proxies.
That's all I had to say, its the IP first and foremost. I am wondering how would IG treat my accounts if they were running from .edu/.gov IPs, maybe that's how some are abusing IG system from verified accounts.

But if you want manage eg 100 accs with 3 acc/ proxy so what is the cost of only 4g proxy? Like $300 a month right?

You cant do 800 likes/account/12h with 20 accs on the same proxy, means 16k likes from one IP :)
If you want to use your accounts to the full potential you need 1-2 acc/IP. With 10 quality accounts on resi proxies you can probably do more actions/engagement then you would with 100 spam accounts on bad proxies, just a quick stupid example.

@jackmorgan Up to you to find a local solution as I did, it really depends where you live tho.
 
Ip quality isn't the only factor, I do follow 400 using jarvee,few minutes after account creation with almost free proxy . The only thing about quality ip is you won't get pva often as compared to cheap ones.
 
But don’t residential proxies rotate constantly. This change of IP will need the account to be verified constantly.

Or are you getting non-rotating residential proxies?

I think it is not working that you getting ev/pva again and again with resi rotating proxies but let some users that use them for IG tell that.

which is why your #1 goal in the game to make your own network of proxys thats not touched before and not in the future. Everyone has their own means; I use raspberry pi's with squid running on them. But proxy providers aren't reliable in my experience. LTE is expensive af. This is my midpoint

Residential IPs dont rotate constantly but once at 15 or 30 days( depends on source)
So the accounts dont need verification

Yes, you are right. I confused residential ips with dedicated. Dedicated change IP once at 15 or 30 days and residential about every 10 mins. The problem with residential proxies is that the accounts get a lot of verifications.
Thats why I use dedicated proxies.

Are you tried that? People say they can much more on resi than dedicated. But I don't know if rotating or static residential..
