I put the adskeeper ads on my website and i passed the hold amount from october 2023, at the begin of the november i saw a status at the payout dashboard which tell me that amount must payed at the end of the november 30.11.2023, but there is no payout on the bank and there is pending status. Can someone tell me why is that?
