My website on pages 1 and 2 suddenly stays on page 10 while showing Google Dance. This is a very unstable state.
It's a ranking question on Google's website.

It's common to lose your ranks due to algo updates, losing backlinks, and penalties. It's difficult to say what caused the drop in rankings. You should check recent changes in industry/niche and backlinks to understand their influence on your site.

I used the backlink in the comments, but I did it manually. There's nothing weird about the backlink.

There has been a continuous change in rankings, but I'm worried because it's the first time I've stayed in such a low ranking.

This happens often these days, especially if you have changed something recently on the site or if you updated and modified the content. Check Search Console, if you don't see a report of some issue then it should be stabilized soon.
