I was selling minecraft necklaces and the makers of minecraft had ebay pull it off the site... I contacted them to see what can be done about this...

I have a concern though... I had someone buy one today before they pulled it off. Will it refund the customer or can I proceed like normal and just ship it out?

The thing is, there's a bunch of listings of the same item and they weren't pulled off from ebay. I also have the same listing as an auction and they never pulled that off too, should I manually remove that or just let it be? Is there a way I can still sell them so I'm not at a lost?

Ebay most likely sent the customer a notice about the auction being removed. However, this doesn't mean that the transaction has been canceled. I would send the buyer a message if you're still interested in selling the item. Reassure them that you are not a scammer and will provide tracking info.

pull the item, and sell it somewhere else.

My auction has a bidder which was never pulled off should I just keep it there?

Also, where else would I sell things? I have no idea where besides ebay.

cancel bids, otherwise you'll possibly lose your account.

Sell on fiverr (depending price)
ioffer
ebid
setup a website direct,
etsy
find other sellers of minecraft stuff, see what they are doing
make a video for youtube, "how to make a cool minecraft necklace"
make them in bulk of 50, and sell to someone else.
email the actual owners of minecraft, and see if you can get an agreement.

I emailed the email that was in the message ebay sent me... Thing is I bought more necklaces of minecraft but a different thing so I'm not sure if that thing I bought is copyrighted either...
